Is search really unlimited on Free?
Yes. We apply a generous daily fair-use limit purely to prevent automated abuse — it’s not tied to your plan, and it’s high enough that no real person searching normally will ever notice it.
What happens to my collections if I downgrade?
Nothing gets deleted. If you have more than 3 collections when you cancel Plus, they’re all still there — you just won’t be able to create a new one until you’re back under the limit.
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com Market Limited handles all billing as our Merchant of Record — they process your card details directly, and Tholafind never sees or stores your full payment information.
